I’ve heard this said multiple times for CA residents because the schools are inexpensive, but you’re the first person I’ve heard recommend them for OOS. Often times one’s state publics are terrific places for pre-med due to their being less expensive. It’s a common recommendation.
I’m curious what your reasoning is for suggesting it for OOS…
