Emory is test optional and ED. About 25% of their admitted class don’t submit test scores. It’s apples and oranges to compare. Also, you do realize that most of Georgia Tech’s applications come in the OOS EA2 rounds. Last year EA2 was 54% of the total applications to GT with an acceptance rate of just over 8%. For Fall 2025 in Early Action 2 - GT received 36,185 applications and admitted 2,950. So, much tougher admit than Emory. I think EA2 for Fall 2030 the rate will be even lower.
