Substitutional to UF and PSU - more compact campus if one likes that and more urban. PSU is beautiful. UF - just left Gainesville this afternoon - subjective. But to me just sprawl with little character. I prefer FSU. But OP can visit all three.

And cheaper. And Honors is reasonable - another $1200 but historically top ranked. Or close (now UGA took the crown).

I would drop Penn State. It doesn’t look like they super score and to me it looks like a strong match and not a true safety.

While a fine school, you have Maryland which is excellent and cheaper.
