Didn’t see answers to these - just want to ensure you’ve covered four years of all core areas:

What level of foreign language have you achieved?

What is your English class this year? It looks like you aren’t taking one.

Thx

took up till spanish 4 honors (junior years)

I know you took AP Lang. There was no DE option? It is what it is. I’m glad you have the 4th year of both but the Honors English is the kind of thing that could hurt. You’ll never know if you don’t get in why - but it could be non STEM schedule strength.

Anyway, determine if Rutgers is truly affordable, I’d put in my 5 free SUNY apps by Nov 2 as they might cost less - and if you find out you can’t afford Rutgers, there are less costly schools to be found.

Looks like New Paltz, similar in size to much of your list, will be $30k ish with merit as an example.

Q: Did you take AP Seminar and/or AP Research? Were they offered?

i didnt take it but they were offered. in my opinion the research they conducted in those classes in my school from past years was pretty low quality so i opted to not take it and do research with profs on my own

That should be okay given your research experiences outside of class. Be very specific & detailed about your contributions. You’ll need exposure to the essentials of econometrics by performing & comprehending statistics & biological research; it’s not only applicable for econ majors! Research-centered institutions are very much interested in replenishing their undergraduate researcher pipelines.
