GPA is 3.90 in a 4 scale. Graduate class of 150 people. No ranking offered in my school.
Unweighted, no honours available in my school. Cambridge advanced english qualification: C1 level, 199 points. Considering taking duolingo english test?
Also taking Cambridge AS level advanced 5 subject classes ,5 hours extra a week during school year, so will finish those and tests in june 2026. Pretty much A in all of those classes.
Couldnt not take the SAT

Hs currently will take 12 courses
5 of which are required bases: albanian, english, math, literature , PE
and 7 by choice - 4 hours of physics , 2 technology, 2 cs, 2 psychology, 2 sociology, 1 algebra , 1 economy

To be honest, really need a scholarship to be able to afford it if i cant find a good loan, because I’m an international student. So any recommendations for cheaper universities in the New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania area will be appreciated. Thank you

Converted gpa to scale out of 4 is 3.90

Well, needing financial aid will impact where you go to school and will be especially difficult to find at the US universities because funding is being cut.

So you need to figure out exactly what your budget is. Ask your parents what they’re capable of paying per year. Once you get that number, then you need to start looking at universities that are at, or under, that budget. Each university has a net price calculator or NPC that will estimate what your costs are to go to the university. The issue is that for international students it may not be very accurate.

Also, please fill out the template for “chance me” to streamline your qualifications so that others can respond accurately.
