<p>It is difficult to answer your question without understanding what impact your "top 1% income bracket’ might have.</p>

<p>as per your question, UVa is need blind, they won’t take into account your family income level in admissions.</p>

<p>Unless of course you mean by being in the top 1% your family is going to give a building to assist with your admission. </p>

<p>UVA mentions frequently that they look at the whole person in admissions but your SAT is a bit low in the CR/WR. What is your unweighted GPA? How have you done on the AP exams? Based upon the information available right now, I’d say UVA is a bit of a reach.</p>
