near 0% - most of the schools that meet need and are need blind don’t have business. These are:
Amherst - no business admin
Bowdoin - no business admin
Brown - has a business, entrepreneurship track
Dartmouth - no business admin (has a mini program)
Georgetown - has business/finance
Harvard - no business admin
MIT - has business/finance
Notre Dame - has business/finance
Princeton - no business admin
W&L - has business/finance
Yale - no business admin
You will likely not get into any of these - even with a 1500. W&L is your best bet in my mind as it has the Johnson Scholarship, which 10% or so of the admitted class gets each year.
There are other meets needs schools. But note - just because you want a full ride doesn’t mean a school will agree with your need desires - meaning they decide, you don’t decide.
But I don’t think you’ll get into any - sorry to say. There are other schools need aware but meet need for international - Cornell to F&M to more - but if you truly have full need, they are unlikely to be willing to invest in you. They factor your need into their decisions.
So the schools above won’t look at your finances in regards to admission and I imagine W&L is your best bet - but for full ride, I don’t see any happening. If you said, I can spend $25-30K a year, there are solid (but not top) programs that will accept you.
Education has a cost for most every student - and you’ll be in that boat to come to the US most likely.
Good luck.
