Attended the National Institute of American History and Democracy (NIAHD)'s pre-collegiate course in Early American History at the College of William and Mary. Received an A and 4 hours credit at the college.

Commmended student PSAT (just made the cut off :P)

Little to no financial aid

If you’re wondering why my stats are similar to niahdchick305’s, she’s my twin. Her thread is Chances? so take a look at her’s as well.

I’m just reciprocating the ego boost and saying you probably will get in. Is that good enough? :D

Wow, glad to hear both of you and your twin say W&M is your top choice. See my reply to your sibling’s post for W&M Admission’s response. We look forward to receiving both of your applications this fall.

Thanks W&M Admission! We are both doing the optional supplement. We’re not doing the interview though because it’s impossible to get down there.

I got in with very similar stats OOS, and much worse ECs last year, if it helps. It was last year though.

My math score is now 640. since W&M takes the highest score in each section that means with my old CR score of 750 plus the new math score I now have a composite score of 1390. Is that a good score for an OOS female?

the middle 50% range for out-of-state is about a 1380 - 1440 so you’re in that range. That’s not a guarantee or anything but improving one’s scores can only help.

NIAHD looks pretty good on an application- they know how you are as a student so it can help out.

haha take it from a fellow summer 2009 NIAHDer that you know!

lol I think you’ll definitely get into W + M, or at least you have high chance of getting in
Good Luck!!
