Thank you for all the great advices. S24 made some changes to the original school list based on your suggestions. He also retook the SAT and got 1440 (780 Math, 660 English). So far, he is 8/9 and still has plenty results to come. His top choice so far is tOSU. With merit, COA will be a little over UC. Good luck all.
