<p>I want to major in business in UV, I am an OOS
so pls just give me your personal opinion on my case:</p>

<p>Canadian asian male, mediocre school but in honor-class</p>

<p>GPA: 90%(around that), rank 1% in whole schoo, 5% in the honor class.
SAT I: math 800 reading 720 writing 790
SAT II: chinese 800 mathII 800 french 750
taking the hardest courses in school</p>

<p>ECs: weakest part
math competition team and dabate team both 1 year
2 volunteer for 3 years
school prefect for 3 years
school council member for 1 year
school news paper editor 1 year
varsity badmiton 2 years
published a peom, had few small academic awards</p>

<p>and lets disregard essay and recommendations, I will work hard on them.</p>

<p>you have no chance…your SAT’s are extremely low, so is your GPA.</p>

<p>Your SATs are very high; despite your low GPA and tough grading system in Canada, you still rank top in your class. Just apply there and see what’ll happen. I wish you good luck!</p>
