<p>U shud definitely apply…although ACT is low given u r OOS…if u bring it to 32+ it will certainly help…apart frm that ur application seems well rounded with a high GPA/class rank and a rigorous courseload and good extra curriculars…bt u nvr knw because it is almost “IVY COMPETITIVE” for OUT OF STATE…u can check the official 2013 decisions thread to get a feel of the out of state competition</p>
