<p>My teacher recs are great and my EC’s are alright.</p>
<p>Are these stats good enough to get in OUT OF STATE?</p>

<p>Without additional information course load, EC’s and any other “hooks” you may have, I’d have to say that both the SAT and/or ACT (whichever you submit) are on the low side for an OOS applicant.</p>
