Chances for me ?

<p>I’m taking ACT in Feb. I’m expecting a 31 score which is like a 1380 SAT.
I have 260 at Toefl.
I want to go for computer science or engineering in computers.
Any ideas where can I apply? I know the fall deadline will be over for most of the univs by the time I get my score but I would be fine with the winter semester also.
Do any of the univs give full scholarships for winter ?Do I stand a chance?
How about without requesting fin aid? do I have a chance to any of the top once?</p>
