SAT currently 1340 but will be taking again to bring it up, taking ACT later in the year
Interested in majoring in Nursing

Youth Leader in the American Diabetes Association, keynote speaker at Father of the Year Awards in Boston where I raised $40,000 for a summer camp for kids with Diabetes, and keynote speaker at Boston Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes Kickoff twice, spoke at Boston Children’s Hospital on a panel about patient care to the medical staff
National Honors Society and National Spanish Honors Society
AP classes (Bio, US History, Psych, Environmental Science, Literature), haven’t taken my AP exams yet
Varsity Basketball player (our team has won the Sectional Finals once, and DCL champs twice), I’m 6’1’’ lol
Counselor-in-training at an all Diabetic summer camp for little kids, two week overnight camp
Counselor at summer camp to teach young girls how to play basketball

Definitely think about taking the SAT again to bring up your score.
A solid ACT score can really boost your profile.
Duke, UPenn, and Brown are reach schools for anyone.
Would recommended checking out UMich Nursing school, its highly ranked

You want at least a score of 1450 on the SAT or a 33 on the ACT. Take two SAT subject tests and aim for 700s+ if you choose to submit your SAT score. Write great essays and apply ED to the school that you like the most
