Chances/question

So I have just finished my first semester of my freshman year, and I know I am getting way ahead of myself trying to see where I stand even though I am not even through a full year of my freshman year, but I just wanted to find out where I stand. (my hopes are getting into an Ivy league…)

My core GPA for my first semester of my freshman year was 4.56. I am in all of the hardest classes offered to me except for physics honors (i’m in regular), and I am taking journalism (which is not a required class but still counts to my cummulative gpa) and I am on the football team and the crew (rowing) team and my schools honor society (national beta club)

Not to brag, but for informative purposes I would like to mention that I am a good actor, so I could be getting all the major roles in my schools productions, however I was told I could not participate do to a conflict that would arise between crew and drama club.

I was wondering, should I perhaps give up crew (or football and just do drama club until crew starts, so i would get to be in 1 play) and be in drama club, because I have heard that being a football player and being in drama club is an excellent contrast to be able to put on college application and possibly write my essay about.

Also, I plan on running for class president at the end of this year when we hold elections for next year.

Should I get more ecs? And if so, what should they be?

Thanks for all the help!
