My concern is that some colleges will not accept Seminar and Research as English. So it might be standard for your HS but the colleges may only credit you for 3, not four years, and dismiss your app for that.
You need to research college by college. Some may see you as only having 3 years of English. Some may say 4 (counting Seminar but not research) and others 5.
It will be a college by college determinant.
You have great ECs - they’re no issue. Some are in band or play sports or walk dogs at the shelter or scoop ice cream (part time job) - all are great ECs. That’s what I mean by not relevant.
Your ECs are fine for any major at Yale and elsewhere.
