<p>What are some colleges with easy admission and low tuition fees? Under $10k?
I scored 690 Maths, 460 Reading and 410 Writing. Got 7/9 IELTS. My HS grades are mostly 3-4 out of 5 (lets say 3.5/5 average)
Chipola College on Florida looks good so far, what other options do I have?</p>

Dude its too late now if you are applying for fall 2013. I mean you should have applied to Bates, Brandies, Bard and they are SAT optional. If you are looking for cheap colleges then community colleges are very cheap so here is the list
