If not, then the question is really unfair.
The attacks occurred on 11/9/2001, not 9/11/2001.
Very few countries use the month/day/year format. 9/11 is November 9th in most of the world.</p>

<p>Ya know, as perversely funny as it would be if these people weren’t acting, I believe they are doing just that: acting. Doing it for their 15 seconds of fame.</p>
<p>Most of them were Americans, or looked like they have lived here enough to know the answer to those questions.</p>
