Children of Faculty

<p>Currently, I am applied ED to another school (Obviously if I am accepted this won’t be relevant), but my parents might take jobs at UC Berkeley at the end of this year… </p>

<p>I was wondering if children of faculty get any advantages in admission at Berkeley. I know most schools do give an advantage, but a large public school like Berkeley makes me think it might not help. </p>

<p>I could not find a discussion on the topic. Sorry in advance if this has been discussed. </p>

<p>Hi … Hmmm, if they make your admission a condition of employment, you’ll get in! Otherwise, I’m not sure. They would probably be able to get more reliable information from other faculty members.</p>
