Children's music

Did anyone else get the Radio Aahs tapes and CDs? We looked forward to a new one every month until our son got too old to enjoy them. Also the music seemed to get a little less fun as they went on, but the earlier ones were a hoot.

There was a song called Googleplex that I loved and still sing today, but I can’t remember who sang it, and I can’t find it online. It went:

And it goes
One, zero, zero
Zero, zero
Zero, zero, zero, zero, zero-woah-woah-woah
Zero, zero
Zero, zero, zero
Zero, zero, zero, zero, zero-woah-woah-woah-woah

…and so on, and on, and on. My wife finds it unbearable, which makes it more fun for me. Thanks to anyone who can identify the artist so I can go download it!

I’m so dumb. It’s Jack Pearson, and I just found it by spelling googolplex correctly. (Not “googleplex”. Duh.)

Raffi, Wee Sing…and this guy who ran our gymboree (one of the first) who sang, “Polka checks and stripes”…and Peter, Paul and Mary (may she rest in peace).

…although my youngest did hear Salt and Pepper (sp?)…Let’s Talk About Sex…(there was a big age span in our house)

Raffi was not a nice man. We took two of our kids to his concert. He was rude to the kids after the concnert.
