:o sorry for my worng interpretation of your words. yeah no wonder I would also wanna know beause we belong to the same category.

its to test how good you are overall. just because your a dork who can do nothing more then maths is no reason to cry about CR.

where did u give ur SAT1, if it was in Sxs then i would believe ur toelf score. u know what i mean ;)

i was never a dork. u can ask other users in here who have met me in real life (not in this cyber). u betta think before u tell some other guy a dork karan89!
and abt CR ya its just my poor reading speed and comprehension. so what? it can be improved gradually but now its too late so i’m ****ed off right now u got it!

does this really happen?

^^^meaning ?

I think it does happen…i haven’t taken the test there yet…but from what i have heard from my frens who took their test there…i certainly think it does happen…

I therefore kept my first choice as sts for the Jan test but it was of no avail.

STX sucks as a test center.

all it shows is you are completely one dimensional, the sat is there to see if you can excel in more then one subject. im sure some schools which are only interested in nerds will let you in with a **** CR score (just like a school only interested in journalists will let you in with a **** maths score), but the better schools want people who are well rounded. face it, your not one of them.

Wait. So you’re saying a 700+ score in CR along with good scores in Math and Writing show well roundedness? I laughed so hard my stomach is paining.

LMAO and who are you talking to Karan??? And what are you saying…that getting good marks in CR and M is being well rounded. If you only have good marks in CR and M and no ECs or anything, you’re just another nerd with good math and English…

Yes, STX is definitely loose compare to Lincoln. I don’t deny it completely. But, still with my self experiences it is not as free as people say. These are just unnecessary rumors. When the test begins, wherever the centre may be, you don’t feel to cheat at all. Even if you get chances to copy down the answer from the guy near you, you are still doubtful to enter on your answer sheet.

well something is way way better than nothing isor…

and ppl in Lincoln are like pre-timed robots…not a millisecond do they give more…

shail619…u r right.

The problem with the teacher at Lincoln was that she would write the time on the board first and then start with the instructions. So that way every section would be 23-24 mins. and for me 2 mins can make huge differences.

getting a high score on all three sections of the sat 1 implies a much higher level of “well-rounded-ness” then getting an 800 on maths and a 400 on CR. porky, stop crying about the SAT, if you dont want to be in an environment in which youl have to know a basic level of englishl, then dont go to the US.

the ladies of Lincoln are damn tight…they don’t spare anyone…

i screwed my sat, and i dont know what to do with my college list now!!!??Asdfsad
