<p>I took TOEFL on Oct 18 and got the scores on Oct 30 and the colleges haven’t still got the scores.
In the ‘View Order’ section of TOEFL iBT Account, i have the following information:

<p>NAME OF COLLEGES -THERE ARE 4 COLLEGES MENTIONED CLEARLY…</p>
<p>But what does ‘cancelled’ signify? I made payment thru bank and the bank might had cancelled scores on 08/31/2009, the date on which i registered. </p>
<p>But since the name of the recipient colleges are mentioned, doesn’t it mean that they will be sent? Do you have any idea about it? and does anyone have same problem?</p>

someone said in earlier posts that they couldn’t add name of recipient colleges after taking TOEFL? If such students are reading then, can you tell what solutions you adopted?</p>
<p>@ united, you can get your scores (from the TOEFL webpage) print attested either from your high school or USEF and send it…but firstly ask your respective college if they allow such methods.</p>

the teacher recos are also submitted at the same time when we submit the common app right?..it shows as ‘submitted’…but that showed even before i submitted the common app…helpo!</p>

<p>Any of you have any idea about which pages to attest by the GC for reporting the test scores? Is it:</p>

<li>front page of SAT I score report(pdf) online which i printed out</li>
<li>front page of SAT II score report(pdf) online which i printed out that has “This is not an official score report” written diagonally on it.
3.The two pages photocopied from official TOEFL score report which i fortunately have.</li>

<p>Please take into consideration that I do not have paper score reports of the SAT I and II tests.

i had problems (problems?) finding a SAT II book for chem, and sort of stumbled on it. All you need is internet connection and WAlllaah! you have literally everything at your reach. Even better is the Vocab section. enjoy reading the stupid SAT’s</p>

u don’t have to pay to start the CSS. U pay when u submit it to the college.

<p>to be honest, it’s best to have your own “why” essay templete. Now if you look for a universal “why” essay templete, it’s probable that most people will be doing the same. Once the admission officer starts reading your essay he or she will start having these wierd dejavoos about reading the same essay structure.And you dont want that, do you??</p>
<p>The remidy though is to make your own unique templete. then the officer will start saying " finally there’s something different, i love u.(hehehe)" well, how do you come up with your own templete?</p>
<p>Write about yourself, the kind of activities you love doing, the kind of environment you need and the career you want to take up (all related to the school you are applying) and then relate that to the college you are applying.how it fits you and all those phony stuffs that guarantees you a place.</p>
<p>but of cource you could refer to other “why” essays and come up with a super hybrid one. Unfortunately, i lack the resources.</p>
