I feel good momentum in this thread-keep it up unless you get tired .</p>
<p>But for the low SAT scorers,start applying the safety and your level colleges to meet their scholarship or priority deadlines-otherwise you are going to have pain later -i know if you plan to come to USA relying on only oncampus jobs that most of the students does ; then never allow more than 8500 $ earning expectations.It’s going to be hard.
So find appropriate colleges </p>
<p>To high scorers i won’t say anything coz they are going to be ( not all,very very few) are going to repent themselves later due to their over ambitious</p>
<p>and i found there many confusions about application-as long as the University understands but the only thing you have to worry is -the information on “Certification of Finances” should be match with the information or documents that you used when applying for your Student Visa-coz University will send a copy of that earlier COF’s </p>
<p>Next thing,undergrad is not everything -your main target for now is enroll in research based institution at least top 100 , ranked one and with maximum possible scholarships.</p>
<p>keep in notice that SXC,BNKS,RB ,Malpi and rest of other schools are of same category here-so don’t feel demotivated </p>
<p>about retaking SAT ,as long as you are sure (200% sure) that u wud increase your scores then retake it -otherwise getting 1950 over 1900 is not good thing- you have to show drastic improvement not a small change -that small change hardle reflects anything</p>
<p>about taking SAT II,as long as you are not concerned of applying to Ivy level or top 30 institutions ,completely avoid it whatever your friend does</p>
<p>Be focussed on your personal essay- last weekend i showed my essay to the writing center of the university( the same personal essay which i used on applying 20 colleges in my times, ;that essay was proofread by the editor of himalyan times and Rising nepal; felt by my parents and friends and checked by my college teachers ) but recently i found that there are dozens of sentence structure problems,article problem ,Thesis statement problem,Topic statement problem.Then i gelt thank god , i am atleast accepted by this college</p>
<p>i repeat again ; focus on scholarships ,early application with good essay with jhuto financial documents- u will be fine,</p>
