<p>I know a guy who was accepted at Caltech. He was class of 2009. </p>
<p>Things to consider before applying to Caltech:</p>
<p>1) Caltech is for those who are really into math and science. If you are sure as hell that you want to spend your whole life doing those stuffs, then go ahead and apply!..But…if you are still in a fog over what major to choose, reconsider your decision.</p>
<p>2)Apply to Caltech if you have 2200+ (800M) on your Reasoning test, 800’s on subject tests (M & S), few APs with good scores, and an overall good transcript. </p>
<p>3)Caltech is stingy with International applicants. But if admitted, your full need will be met.</p>
<p>4) “Interest in math, science, or engineering manifests itself in many forms. Caltech professor and Nobel Laureate Richard Feynman
(1918-1988) explained, “I’d make a motor, I’d make a gadget that would go off when something passed a photocell, I’d play around
with selenium”; he was exploring his interest in science, as he put it, by “piddling around all the time.” In a page, more or less,
tell the Admissions Committee how you express your interest, curiosity, or excitement about math, science or engineering.”

but there r very few on that list that provide satisfactory aid…Northeastern, Johns Hopkins, Cameroon, University of Central mississippi, franklin w olin (full tuition atleast for all…tara paunu paryo ni :p). Last year, i did some cunning trick and applied to Carnegie Mellon…guess what reply i got! If i can pay 54000$ per year, they will reconsider my packet, as there is no aid for internationals …baal ko pani baalest</p>
