<p>However, I’m applying ED to Connecticut College. Can you guys post the stats of the guys from Budhanilkantha School whom you mentioned are applying ED to Conn? I just want to compare my stats with them.</p>

<p>one quick question hai… when we write our essays in a conversational way, do we have to follow the exact grammatical rules? or a simple conversational style can work…</p>
<p>like… can i use “Really?? You think so??” in place of “Do you really think so??”</p>
<p>as long as it comes through real clear to the admissions officer who’s reading it, the style should not be a problem at all…(dont be dumb to break all grammatical barriers though!)…this was what once our ‘counsellor for a week’ told us!</p>
<p>BIG RELIEF: Bates doesnt require CSS PROFILE for us people!..They say its just for Candadian residents re!..u guys have any idea about this PROFILE hype that’s going around the air?..some dude posted the link to the list of colleges requiring PROFILE for int’l students…bates is out!..can u guys help out here with the other colleges?</p>
<p>I hope after some days, pdf version of CSS profile 2010-11 will be out. Else, pdf version of 2009-10 is available, and we can edit that and make 2010-11…i m planning to do so.</p>

I m not getting any idea at all to change the first para of my PE…NOV 1 samma ta i must change it…talked to the one of the most experienced teacher and got the reply “the contents are absolutely fine. Now, all it depends on how u present ur contents.”</p>

<p>@blandblommffogoom… Bates may have different policy from other colleges requiring CSS…williams also doesnot require it…but this doesnot mean that CSS PROFILE is a hype…</p>

<p>@POKHARA…the one applying for conneticut is a captain in BNKS…since BNKS guys pride themseleves for the fact that capatains everyyear get accepted to Concoll…and so it happened last year too…I think he has good chances as well.</p>
<p>But this shouldnt keep you from applying…colleges dont follow a specific trend or something…I mean common why would they want guys with similar interests or achievements toegther…they want diversity of thoughts…</p>

everyone says that the financial processes for college application and visa are totally independent…to what extent is this true???..coz aba sabai janaa le tyo ISFAA ali ali ta manipulate gareehalcha…will this affect the visa process (if we ever get lucky to get till there)?</p>
