there are many EC sections, which open if you click the link below a question. and some questions ask you to write there. So i think it doesn’t happen in PDF format.

BTW i’m just guessing, i haven’t seen the PDF yet.

Hey all, I didn’t get this.
What did you select to this question while registering for the PROFILE in collegeboard:
“Has the student completed an income tax return for the 2009 tax year?” What are we supposed to do in this?"
Is it “Completed an income tax return” or “Did not, and not required to file an income tax return” ??
I’m stuck…What did you all do?

@ Schofield: Can you e-mail me the COF 2010-2011 also…please??? :D

PM me your email add

AND GUYS SERIOUSLY YOU NEED TO STOP THE DEBATE…LAST YEAR TOO, NEPALI THREAD WAS SUSPENDED FOR THE SAME REASON…DEBATE BETWEEN BNKS AND OTHER SCHOOLS…ATLEAST LET US KeEP SOME REPUTE…OTHERWISE CC WILL EXPLICITLY BAN ANY THREAD THAT WILL HAVE ‘NEPAL’ IN IT… IN FUTURE…(I CAN UNDERSTAND THE MISERY OF BEING BANNED …13 FOR ME )

SO ARE ALL THE GUYS EXCEPT SARBA, WILLING TO PAY FOR CSS?

sarba, doesnt Stanford require TOEFL explicitly for internationals? what are you going to do about it?

@amrikanepali, are you really aplying to Stanford?the 2250 one???..or were u joking and faking the scores???Coz i too am a Stanford applicant for 2010 fall.

@booz, man I reallly really think that ‘BOOZE’ happens to be your best word…you keep using it everywhere…and it easily helps me to discern you from other Budhanilkantha students…So brownie boy…how is ktm post going?

No, I still haven’t come in terms with paying for CSS.

I’ll pay for the CSS for ED.
But i really don’t like the idea of paying for it in RD.

@ROCK

no man

Stanford doesn’t require TOEFL explicitly. College Board’s college search has errors on this matter.

[International Applicants : Stanford University](http://www.stanford.edu/dept/uga/application/international/index.html)

@ ROCKHARDABS
well i am not very sure if i will or not. and my scores are as i presented. well i am only 70% sure that i will apply there… i would apply there had any of rbs students wished to do so (attitude u know!!) … but eventhough hopefully i will…haha… i will let u know but. anyway i liked the way u negotiated the debate…
and how are your stats??

All colleges keep mentioning about the W2 forms. These forms aren’t even supposed to apply to Nepalese right? Instead, we can submit the employer statement for employed parents. But what about those with self-employed businesses (family business and stuff)?
We can fill out the business/ farm supplement from collegeboard but when it comes to submitting legal documents regarding tax returns, what are we supposed to do? They’re all in Nepali. Does anyone know where we can get these documents officially translated? Besides, I dont think we have anything other than the PAN-register certificate. Will that do justice?

hey guys… i asked for futher info from colby for intl students and they replied

“I am pleased to be able to tell you that Colby does offer financial aid to international applicants. It may be useful for you to know, however, that financial aid for international students is very competitive. Last year we received over 600 admission applications from international students, more than 95% who also applied for financial aid, and we are able to support 28 international students each year, including 20 graduates of United World Colleges.”

i am really shocked… im not UWC graduate, so does that mean i will compete for 8 available places for aid… GOD… um… its really gonna be tough… dont know what to do… i dnt have time to reconsider my ED to… help… me guys…

did any1 from nepal get into colby last year… if yes, was he/she UWC graduate, n did he/she apply for ED or RD…

i do know that one dai from our college, who had NOT done IB or gone to UWC, got into colby via ED1. That was two years ago though.

If I send application online, how do I send my SAT scores? Should I scan the official scores and send them or what?

@donod
