His SAT was 2060, SATII 2360, TOEFL 663/667 and Nepal Topper in Computing, A journalist at nepalnews. He was actually my senior and taught Physics to us for some time…I must say that guy is really self-possessed all these days after he got in cOLBY. i MEAN OTHER SENIORS HELP US so much…but that guy just wants himself to be an example to Malpi and wants no other to do the same.</p>

<p>LAST YEAR CHIRAN DAI, WHO WAS ALSO A REGULAR CC USER GOT IN, HIS SAT SCORE WAS 2170, i guess and other stats comlimented him very well. he is really helpful I must say.</p>

<p>Thats it, so I dont think you should keep yourself from applying to Colby if u have good stats. Nirakar bhude has to pay 4000 annually and Chiran dai (i dont know how much) which is pretty much satisfactory…</p>

<p>Chiran has to pay around 2500$ annually, but he gets 2000$ as summer grants. That makes it just 500$. He had 4A and c in GP, SAT 2 around 2300, President of a Club, excellent ECAs. His CR was 680 ho ki 690, maths 780 ho ki 790.</p>

<p>some colleges accept more than 2 teacher’s reccos… like colby accepts 4 and harvard 8… so does it increase our chances of getting addmissions if more reccos are submitted or does “not quantity but quality” rule apply here as well…</p>

<p>Quality obviously rules over quantity. You should only use the extra recommendations if you are sure that they will carve out an aspect of you that is not seen in the other recos. Add up recos if and only if they are insightful.</p>
