Class of 2014!

We don’t believe it. He admits it’s fiction, and most of us know that. We just find it entertaining…and occasionally WISH we could believe it. And who knows what’s a true fact? How do we know that Jesus actually died on that cross? How do we know anything in the Bible is true?

A danger to the society? Only if society is a group of mindless lemmings who can’t think for themselves. (Which, judging from the recent Twihard phenomenon, may be true, actually.)

I have no idea. :D

I read this book called The Rozabal Line by this dude called Ashwin Sanghi. Interesting.

Lol, I’m being enticed to give a loooooong speech on the baseless history of all religions. And no matter how big a liar Dan is, I’m thankful to him for generating my interest in grail mythology which finally lead me to discover a certain historical code and the consequent realization of a million other things that confirmed my assumptions about how the so called religions’ histories came up. But I guess there might be quite a few people with favorable sentiments towards the existence of God, so I’m just going to shut my rant and return to my corner.
Maybe if I go the US finally, I’ll try to propagate my nasty conspiracy theories(and a few factually correct assumptions here and there) :D

Agnostics unite? :p

Anyone applying to Stanford??

Practically everyone is ;)

It’s on my list.

How many places are you guys planning to apply to?

^ No clue. But,in general, as many as it’s humanly possible to without compromising the quality of the essays and the tests.

I’m planning on applying to 12 colleges. 4 Dream, 4 Reach, 4 Safety.

If I don’t make it into Brown, I’m applying to 12 more. No. of reaches = no. of matches + no. of safeties. Fingers crossed. Wish me luck :/

hey guys
i am also planning for class '14.
My main problem is, that i can’t find any matches/safeties colleges.
I am vietnamese international from Germany and need financial Aid.
My dream colleges are Stanford, MIT, Princeton, Brown, Upenn.
Does anyone has some suggestions for engineering colleges with financial aid for us internationals?

@tetrisfan:So, you’ll be waiting for the Brown decision before applying to other colleges/universities?

Haha. Right now I have 20 on the list. Will withdraw them all if Amherst shows me some kindness, of course.

@ccprofile: Of course! Why pay the application fees before knowing my ED decision?

^ah!I forgot about the application fees.

What’s your top choice?

Brown ftw and Dartmouth after that.

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAH! Another Brown fan! Going ED?

I’ll be taking one of my SAT on Nov plus huge fin. aid required so no ED to Brown for me. :(
