<p>Robinsnest5 - Where did you look on MyIthaca to find the acceptance? And CONGRATS!</p>
<p>crazybizness: If you log onto your MyIthaca website there are a few places you can check. The first thing that changed on my son’s page was there was a “congratulations! you’ve were accepted into the Musical Theater (BFA) program” on the page as soon as he logged in. Also, if you click on your profile(right under your name) your status will have changed to accepted and major to Musical Theater. If you want to see the accepted students click on IC Peers. Scroll down and type Musical Theater (theater not theatre) into Major and then click on Update Results all the musical theater majors accepted will show up. Looks like they are up to 37 MT accepted majors.</p>

<p>Is anyone still waiting to hear from Ithaca? There are so many accepted for MT and Acting that it is hard to believe that any more acceptances are going to be made, but my D has still not heard anything.</p>

<p>My d has heard nothing at all either. Also for the past 2 days has not been able to access her myithaca page. Says that ii is unavailable. Is anyone having this trouble also?</p>
<p>She hasn’t had any problems accessing her myithaca account, just no information. (This morning I think the entire system was unavailable for 3 or 4 hours.)</p>
<p>When did everyone’s audition change to recieved?</p>
<p>SDactor: My son’s status changed to “received” March 10. He auditioned at the Chicago unifieds mid February. His myIthaca page changed yesterday to accepted to BFA MT. It said he had been accepted March 11 but didn’t pop up on his page until yesterday.
By the way, congrats on your Otterbein acceptance. My son would happily trade you his Ithaca acceptance for your Otterbein acceptance!</p>

<p>Thanks so much for the response. Mine relieved status changed I believe the same day if not a little earlier. The delay was my high school transcript wasn’t received so they were waiting for that in order to let me know, it finally got there on Thursday so hopefully I will hear soon.</p>
<p>As for Otterbein, its a great school. Its in my top five, but I’m still pushing for Penn State. I was waitlisted :(.</p>
<p>Still waiting also. D auditioned at LA Unifieds, status changed to Applied, but no other news.</p>

<p>Hi, my D’s myithaca account changed to “unavailable” today. A few other people have posted that happened to their myithaca accounts also. What happened about that? rejection letter?</p>
<p>I was notified I was accepted into Ithaca for Musical Theater today!</p>
<p>My daughter received a rejection today, but she can still access her myithaca account. I don’t think the fact that someone gets an unavailable message necessarily indicates application status - it is more likely that the myithaca system is simply down for maintenance.</p>
<p>Class of '15 BFA MT and Acting Prospectives for Ithaca College (and anyone else interested!)…just returned from a quick trip to IC to see “Baby”—and to see D who
is MT freshman…all I can say is “wow” and how impressed I am with that show and the
whole program. D is so happy…hard to believe it was a year ago this past weekend that
she made her commitment to IC. Just a heads up that “Baby” has it’s final 6 shows this
week (Tues 4/26-Sat 4/30 all at 8pm with add’l matinee Sat 4/30 at 2pm) as well as two
weeks left in this semester if anyone needs to sit in on a class/see a show…now’s the time! May 1st is just around the corner for those still deciding. Best wishes!</p>
<p>My friend’s D is in Baby! Wish we had time to run to Ithaca this weekend to see it. Glad it was stellar.</p>
