Class of 2016 from Nepal

I was not referring to that. The threads aren’t active:the odd thing.

Hi. I am new to this and i would really appreciate everyone’s help. I am to give my SAT in November but I realized that it will be late to apply for ED since i haven’t given my TOEFL either. Will it be ok if I send my SAT scores later?

Firstly,it is weird that your “join date” states ,2009 and you say you are new to this. In any case, you need to mail your college about that. Colleges do accept it after deadline too,if it is just the SAT scores. There are still many dates to take TOEFL:so no worries there.Just ask your particular ED college about it,and mention that you will have submitted everything except SAT scores. Good luck!!

Thank you. My bro had made me this account but i wasn’t really sure if i wanted to study abroad until recent so…

can we talk about financial declaration thing?? i’ve got no idea about this…
what is the thing we need to do??? is it that we need to call the accountants and auditors to our house and show them this is our property or is it just that we need to take the ‘‘dhani purja’’??? and they will value them…what about the properties out of valley…??? and btw when should this be done…!! i saw some colleges ask it with the application package…

If you are talking about the financial aid forms, then most colleges ask international students-us- to submit ISFAA and COF. Some colleges might want us to make CSS profile-which is actually for US citizens only-so look through your respective ED college. As for showing credibility in the form, it actually depends on what you have shown. For example, you mention that you have savings of $_____(You need to change Rs to $) in your bank, then you need to get a bank statement. That is,saying, you have so-so in your bank. Then you have your parents’/parent’s yearly income(Must show “per year”):then you will have to get a letter regarding your parents’/parent’s lat year’s annual income -of course, stating it in $-from the employer/s.

guys… i registered for Nov 5 SA II for physics, maths 1C and maths 2C but now i’m told most colleges do not accept maths 1C. Can i change my math 1c test to chemistry? will there be any extra charge? :(:(

Test Type Changes
You can change your test from the SAT to SAT Subject Tests or from SAT Subject Tests to the SAT if you pay the change fee.

There is no charge for changing from one Subject Test to a different Subject Test. If you want to substitute one Subject Test for another, you should do so at the test center.

phewww… that’s a huge relief!! thanks a load!!

hey!!
isn’t the total score for SAT essay is 300?..my SAT raw score is like 4(or sometimes 5 )…how much would that be in 300?..

i guess betn 220-260…its really hard to tell though. most practice books do not really mention it…and neither does collegeboard :/

hey guys, is it possible to postpone my Oct 1 SAT test to Nov 5 now?

also what time is the test on Oct 1? i could not find the info elsewhere…

any changes in test date is subject to $25 additional charge!you can find the date on the admission ticket.

@temudgin thank you for the info, but i am talking about the time and not the date for the test. i did not see what time we are supposed to reach the test center on the test date(oct 1 in my case)

and i was wondering if it is too late to change the oct 1 test date to a later date?

i’m not sure but the test starts at 7.45 as far as i know!!yeah i guess you should not change you’re date now!!!

7.45 am :)

Yup^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

thanks guys…that was a lot of help
