Just thought I’d start this… Anybody applying Early Action or Early Decision?

applying early action, i like a lot about the school, just not sure if I’d fit in with the social scene from what Ive heard from some people

from what i’ve heard, the school doesn’t really fit the rich/snobby stereotype anymore, partly because the scores, GPAs, etc. have really risen for incoming students

I am a current student, and I can confirm what cooldude17 said… that is a persistant but outdated belief. The social side of the school is pretty diverse; that rich/snobby stereotype just isn’t as applicable as it may have been in the past.

It’s my first choice and I’m applying Early Action.

I applied EA. When do we hear back?

From what I understand we’ll hear back mid December.

I think it should be around december 15/16th… guaranteed by december 31st

Applied Early Decision. Can’t wait to hear.

Got in today
No scholarships though ): but lucky to be accepted. They said that they really loved the presidents volunteer service award that I received for 3 years.
