Ahhh I haven’t posted on here in like a week and a half because I’m out of the country… Paris is like 5 hours ahead of NY so I won’t be in my hotel with wifi basically all day and won’t be able to check. I’m dying. My stats are far from perfect and the only thing keeping me holding on is that I was basically hand crafted by my school and my semester program for Gallatin… I’d stand no chance at CAS but hey that’s not my goal. Umich and NYU are my dream schools and I need to get into at least one

Northeastern- accepted
UMich- rejected
NYU- rejected haha

@elhwayn I was deferred for harvard ED…don’t think I’ll get in though (only 2-3% of deferred apps are accepted) But I have a friend who’s a freshman up at Northeastern and she loves it there! I guess it really is a luck of the draw type of thing (I have a couple friends in my class who’ve committed this year to UMich but were rejected by Columbia). You got an impressive list going there! good luck to you
@muricabound They emailed me last week with my acceptance. Many of my other friends who got accepted got it last week too…

@Elhwayn Thanks What major you thinking of doing in undergrad?
@elhwayn how can you apply ED to ED-binding schools? You can only apply to one when you sign the early decision agreement at Columbia because it says its binding and you can apply only to one ED and the rest can be EA or RD.

@DcMoon34 Yeah, I’ll probably accept the NYU waitlist but pay the deposit for Michigan. We’ll see how it goes from there, though I’m most probably going to go to UMich 
@elhwayn to be honest, with a list like that, they might have rejected you thinking you wouldn’t bother with their school if you did get accepted. I got rejected from a likely school (university of Miami) and I called after and they flat out said they knew I had better options and that they wanted to leave places in the class for people who were likely to enroll.
