Tbh i think everyone needs to stop seeking theories out of everything just because the FA change stuff stopped… like it’s really dumb to do that, I honestly dont think there’s gonna be another glitch just because they got rid of one. I think they’re aware of how crazy people drive themselves. I think the only thing you can do is literally just wait at this point. There is no sense of driving yourself off the ledge with all of this. My friend got in ED and she couldn’t access housing until she paid her deposit and officially committed to the school so I honestly don’t know if seeing it would mean anything. The decisions are probably going to come out earlier than expected. But, I doubt this week that’s really early compared to the past. All any of us can do is just wait. Tbh I may pee myself and have several panic/heart attacks/ and melt downs in the process since this is my dream school… but there is nothing else I or anyone else can do besides wait at this point.
And yes I am saying all of these things in trying to calm myself, and everyone else, down a little bit but I am also freaking out a lot. I never in my life imagined a decision from a single place to place so much stress and fear on me.

Fortunately I’m fairly busy so I don’t have a ton of time to think about it…but I do have enough haha. Namely at night. Sleepless nights.
I’m going out of the country for the next 18 days (but not before a quick trip to New York to check out NYU!) and I won’t be here to get my decision. It’s killer.
Can we all just clarify one thing: If we get an e-mail from NYU early in the morning of the 28th, it is not an acceptance.
@collegeplease123 I don’t think that’s necessarily true, but it may be a common thing. Just hope not to hear from them early in the morning. I heard noon and later is a good sign. I’m not checking my email that day until the afternoon to spare myself from being upset during my classes.

Wait who can’t access the NYU house application.
I can’t access fall because I’m a “Non-renewable Undergraduate” and the app is not open until April 7. Apparently NYU can’t offer ever student a dorm because Hayden closed. So I’m guess anyone who lives in NYC is a Non-renewable Undergraduate.
