And I thought the good change is when it says “No self-service access for this aid year.” and the bad one is “award access not available.” did something change this year from last year?

@Rantahu Maybe they haven’t updated it or it’s glitched or we all got accepted lol. I’m going to assume it’s glitched or hasn’t updates.

I think that the housing change means very little since so many people have it I mean nyu is selective and the FA change would make sense since only a select number of people have gotten it
I looked through last year’s ED II thread, and there were lots of exceptions. I don’t know, we’ll have to see. But they go their rejection e-mails with the following statement: “After careful review of your application, we are sorry to inform you that blah blah blah…” You know the deal. And that was around 1 A.M. However, 3 P.M. EST, and you’re home free. That seems to be the most accurate theory as of now
Can anyone tell me if I didn’t apply FA, will I have FA change in my portal? I do have the housing application saying Freshman for all the terms though.
@arield It said “award access not available” with the 2016 in a table, now it just says “award access not available.”

Mine has been consistent, never changed that I noticed at least:
- Financial Aid: Aid Year: none Institution: New York University Aid Year Description: Award access not available.
- Housing Non-Renewable Undergraduate for All & Access to All: Summer NYC & DC. Fall NYC

@Backshe9 it seems to be on equal footing. People have ether the fa or the housing and some have both. I had the fa change and then it change back. After that I had the housing change.
Also this is CC a higher rate of us will end up in NYU anyway.
However when I click on the Fall housing application a screen shows up with only Summer 2015.
I think if you’re able to start the fall hosuing application it’s a good sign. You should only have access to fall housing have you got accepted according to NYU. But it still could be a glitch. No one before us were desperate like us.
