De-lurking to say we are still waiting on Hartt as well. Also Webster…anyone know when their decisions come out?
@cherieb – we are waiting on Ball State, too.
@cpotgtis We were told the first week in April for Webster, but it may be a little sooner. It seems like in the past they came out the last week in March.

spoke with Hartt Admissions - anonymously, and was told that they did not send all of their letters at one time, they are still processing them. some accept, waitlist and rejection letters have gone out, but more of each type will be sent daily. SO…lack of a response means nothing at this point, other than your letter, big or little, has simply not yet arrived. not sure if that increases or decreases the stress level at home…
Play? or Obsess? It’s been a really LONG month and it’s only the 18th. Don’t know if I can handle the stress. So many no’s…at least we have a safety in our pocket…but it’s definitely not her first choice!
@Thespiandad that’s what they told me last year too, but I did not hear of anyone accepted after April when the rejection letters went out. Hope no news is good news…
Still haven’t heard from Ball St. or Pace. I assume this means waitlisted, right?
We are also waiting on TCU and Webster ! Painful!!
@clangirl Ball St made some phone calls on Monday for Priority Waitlist so I don’t know what that means for the rest of us.
Hi! I’ve been just hanging in the shadows reading all the posts, but today I got a letter from American University that brings me to this question: did I actually get into the program? There’s a letter that says I’ve been accepted to the school and it lists my major on a separate paper as Musical Theatre. Does American notify in this fashion, or should I expect another letter from the musical theatre department? Any insight?
For those waiting on Ball St go to their school page and you’ll find the emails for the chair and program coodinator. I am sure they’d respond quickly to any questions.
Well if anybody else was wondering, I finally got an answer after calling a bunch of times. The musical theatre admissions letters go out sometime within the next two weeks for American.
