<p>CCM was the same way… wait for the email. It will come. It might take 72 hours. </p>
<p>Yes, for CMU you should be able to register using the common app id 1-5 business days after submitting the app to them. Maybe you just need to wait a few more days.</p>
<p>D just passed FSU!!! Yippee!! Now just waiting, waiting, waiting on Texas State, BW and Ithaca…</p>

<p>MTkellbell, my D just passed FSU prescreen also. And double yippee, it’s the first prescreen we’ve heard any results from at all. I don’t want to say I was starting to get worried, but…</p>
<p>@tmygirl no that’s probably it! i haven’t gotten the e-mail from CMU itself, probably because it’s only been two days since I applied and they say it takes 1-5 business days. Ahhhh freaking out about scheduling auditions and getting prescreens in right now!!</p>

<p>D passed her first two prescreens today, FSU and Shenandoah and did a happy dance. Dad can go back to breathing now. She also received her 6th academic acceptance and her 3rd Presidential Scholarship. It was a good day, but the Black Gate still looms ahead.</p>
<p>First plane trip and college audition is this weekend.</p>
<p>I never want to do this again.</p>
<p>Congrats to everyone on positive prescreen news! For those still waiting- check every conceivable folder in email (especially junk) and sidebar on accepted - and then write down where you find the message. I was just with parents of current seniors at D’s former PA school (they did their fall musical, bittersweet not to see her on that stage for the 1st time in 4 years!) and whipped out the little notepad I carried all last year which had the common app id, school CID#, and ALL the username/passwords for college accounts printed on the inside cover. :)</p>
<p>@Emsdad - the nostalgia will set in after you drop her at her new home next fall… the process can make you crazy, but it’s a hell of a ride!!</p>
