<p>D applied to 9 schools (2 BA, 7 BFA. and at 3 schools she’s also applying in the BA program). Trying to keep all options open at this point while weighing all offers and possibilities.</p>
<p>S applied to 11… and he’s already been decisioned out of 4 (two by pre-screen, two by audition). To be fair, these four are probably the most competitive of the 11… but still makes the insides knot up a bit. Ugh. </p>

<p>@MTmom2015, I would call Michigan (assuming you havent already). I think their turnaround is 4-6 weeks and no later than 12/15 for results. I would be fearful they don’t have some piece of info they need. </p>
<p>@addicted2MT I think the answer would depend on whether you count all auditions going on in Chicago during that time frame. I have absolutely NO real information. However, that does not keep me from forming an opinion – :)) And I’ve just always figured 400-600. I have no idea why. It is not based on fact. I would love to know the true answer to this question as well!</p>
<p>And I just realized you said “unifieds” not Chicago Unifieds. So that changes it up quite a bit. I’d like to know how many attend LA unifieds as well. I know fewer schools attend LA and NYC.</p>

<p>@transmom. I called last week. I was told that all material is in and the prof who has his pre-screen was directing a show, but it is now over & we should have a response “soon”. This is like getting in the slowest line at the grocery store… ~sigh~</p>

<p>Still waiting for UMich as well, but sent an email and just confirmed all of my documents are in. They said no need to worry decisions will be out soon!</p>
<p>My S auditioned at Elon on November 14th. Does anyone know if they send out letters on a rolling basis after auditions or they wait until all auditions are complete then send out letters? Thanks!!</p>
<p>I truly hope <em>Some School</em> puts out audition results today. There are folks waiting on Elon, Baldwin Wallace and CCM I know. (and probably many others-- opportunity to vent here…). Don’t think I can take another day of empty mailboxes/inboxes!</p>
<p>@Theatremom31197 – my D auditioned for Elon on October 31 and we were told that they would hear a yes, no or deferred by mid-December. Last year, calls went out on 12/19.</p>

<p>@Theatremom31197 – and to your son as well! I think yeses come by phone, no’s and deferreds come on the application website if it is consistent with last year. Also, the department sent an email out two days before that said to be on the lookout for news. This is all from CC threads from last year. Fingers crossed, and knees, and toes and eyes.</p>
