My S was invited for 2/27 but had to change to 2/20 due to anther audition already scheduled.
BAL to all the Elon auditioners! Wonderful program. Beautiful campus. We were disappointed when our D was artistically rejected after her 10/31 audition. It will be interesting to see if they keep these auditions as small as the ones in the fall which were 13 and 13.
Stay at the Acorn Inn, itâs absolutely delightful and they will spoil you! Walking distance to everything. Beautiful campus.
Acorn Inn is booked for 1/27 weekend.

D is at Elon as well on 2/27, although my husband is accompanying her. He will need a little âsherpa traningâ for that one!
Did you read the fine print that we could be at Elon till 10pm that night? yikes.
Oh, and Point Park is making academic accept. phone calls today. Artistic is still a âweek or soâ out due to âtechnical difficultyâ.
Really? they are calling people for academic acceptance? That seems unusual.
I did read that @pghmusician. Ugh. Bringing lots to read, and my ipad, and the charger for my ipad, and maybe a deck of cards. LOOOONNNGGGG day.
Hartt decisions are supposed to come out today for anyone who participated in the early audition. Has anyone heard anything? My S will be heading out to the ELON audition as well - super excited - have heard so many great things about the program and the campus!
@pghmusicianâ, my daughter was academically accepted to PPU in November. Do they not have rolling admissions? I canât keep track of the details of each school anymore 
@wearecollege Youâre right it is. my bad. Just thought it was strange to get a call for academic. My S got all excited at first.
Some schools have students call after academic admit as part of their âmarketingâ to get your child to choose their school⊠what the poor unfortunate student or admissions advisor doesnât understand is that until you have all your artistic decisions in hand, all the marketing and phone calls and pretty handwritten notes are just noise.

I got my Elon email on 1/13, so Iâve officially passed all my prescreens, which is a huge relief. U of Michigan, Penn State, Otterbein, Ithaca, and now Elon.
Who all will I be seeing at the 2/20 Elon audition?

CCM has some decisions made. D auditioned 1/10. I just looked at Check My Status. Unfortunately itâs a no for her.
Darn. Iâm sorry, MTRaleighmom. Thatâs the part of this that is hard to relate to unless it has happened to you. Chin up. Fingers crossed for some good news soon.
Well said @TNMTDAD rejections STINK! But all these kids really need is 1 acceptance. 
My daughter received rejections from every school she auditioned at except her #1 which she was wait listed. By the time she was offered a spot off the wait list she had fallen in love with her safety school. She couldnât be happier. They really do end up where they are supposed to be. Hang in there.
