My daughter’s BoCo decision is posted in the portal. Another wait list for us. I know a lot of people have been waiting for this!
@soozievt That’s super cool you know him. He may have not been the best example of what I was talking about. I remember hearing on Theatre People Podcast that he gained eight for the role but since he is constantly running around on stage he has been losing a lot since the show opened.
@SingerDancerMom Someone mentioned on here the other day that UWSPs spring break is this week and then they make their first round of decisions when they return next week. I’m still anxiously waiting for them and Montclair.
Thank you @ldunk99 & @Fotokat . This has been such a brutal process, this week particularly difficult. No’s at all of her favorite schools, a few in the yes column that she wasn’t excited about. A visit to a yes school with a good reputation that just didn’t go well at all. She hit the depths of depression…We were starting to talk about taking a gap year to train. And then just like that, she just got a yes with a scholarship to BoCo! OMG!!!
@ParachuteBoy thanks for the info on UWSP. At this point you might want to call Montclair to check in. I think their decisions went out. A lot have posted on the admissions thread. My daughter got hers… it was a no.
They do rolling admissions similar to CCM. They’ve accepted and rejected several people with a week or so after their audition but from what I’ve gathered lots of people are still waiting on Montclair. Their last audition day was less than a week ago, so I’m going to wait til at least April before I cal them. No news is good news, hopefully.
@SingerDancerMom we haven’t heard from Montclair either, and we did call this week. They said they’re still working on decisions and notifications and we just have to wait for the mail. @ParachuteBoy you’ve got it exactly right in this case. Best of luck!

FYI @ParachuteBoy CCM is not a rolling admissions school.
@limbo2019 maybe rolling admissions means different things to different people, but CCM does do what I’d call rolling admissions. They let people know as soon as the individual decision is made, so some people know days or weeks before some others, as opposed to schools that announce all decisions on the same day.
@destiny95 no email or phone call or regular mail… just checked the portal. Af first it looked the same as every other day, still says: “SUBMITTED” but there is a new message in small print at the bottom that says something like, “your decision is ready.” Click that.

Keeping fingers crossed for all of you BOCO people. D didn’t audition there. Has anyone heard any more about calls for CMU- Has anyone gotten calls today? If you don’t receive a call by tonight - should you assume a No on the portal? I am sure this has been addressed, but I haven’t seen anything. Thanks

Is anyone waiting on University of Oklahoma (OU)?? Only see one person on CC and on The Troupe lists with MT offer. We’ve heard nothing.
