@MTMHopeful - an email will be sent to EA applicants to check their portal after the portal has been updated. All EA decisions should be in the system, and those emails will be sent by the end of this week, beginning of next week. It is taking a little longer than we intended for EA, because we extended the video submission deadline so we could consider applicants who could not make the last audition day because of snow (which they had up north that weekend), or illness.

@jessieburnett , not sure about MT decisions but my D was accepted into the Theatre/Dance BFA back in November and they called her and then sent her a letter. I would say MT will probably be a little different though. Good luck, it’s a great program!

I auditioned at the last on campus date (Feb 24) and they said the end of this week they are making decisions and then sometime next week mail letters will be sent out!
@mtmajorpls how did you like Webster? My D auditioned in Chicago. She really liked them but we would like to see the campus.
Re Webster, I had heard that they call those they are interested in to determine their level of interest before making an offer. I was told if they don’t call they are probably not interested. Has anyone else heard that?
I’d like to know your thoughts on the campus as well.
@KPike320 we were told they notify by snail mail first or second week of March before their Spring break. No mention of a phone call that I recall.
My D got her SUNY Purchase rejection letter yesterday. Not as hard to handle now that we have one acceptance
I know two girls received offers by phone from Webster in advance of the letters last year - one is there now and loves it!
There’s a lot of talk going around about notification dates and methods. Somewhere on this board is a great thread someone started with general listing of each school how each school notifies (Mail call email portal) and the general date the offers go out. Why it is by no means is a guarantee I found that extremely accurate and very helpful last year. I can’t find the link hopefully the moderators can?

On that thread it looks like Wright State notifies via their portal § but I’m wondering if that should’ve been phone (T)? I don’t really see a place for notification on their portal. Can anyone confirm how WSU notifies?

My daughter got into Webster last year and I think it was by email. She also received emails to ask if she was still interested in them before hand.
Gosh I have waited so long for this moment since I first found this site when my daughter was a Freshman and I couldn’t even wrap my head around this process. She got her first artistic acceptance today from Viterbo - a program she loves with great scholarship money to boot. I honestly could cry. Going to the official acceptance thread now!!
