@prarie I’m so happy for your son!

Congratulations to your S @prarie!

@FingersXd20 - that’s great news! This thread might be helpful - as of last year the answer was there is a lot of cross-over between MT and Acting at Ithaca, :slight_smile:

FYI - Ball State started making MT calls tonight. I know of several who have gotten offers this evening. Acting probably coming soon.

@closemama

Thanks. I heard March 20th for release of Acting decisions for Ball State. That would definitely make it an earlier date if they release decisions in the next few weeks.

Anyone know when CalArts sends decisions?

Wondering this, too

@Mkrabill @mkendell At the CalArts audition in Chicago, they told everyone decisions would be around April 1st. I am seriously hoping it is sooner than that though.

As for CalArts, decisions for 2018 came out between March 1-10th. Kind of think there were around the same time last year as well. WL soon after. Kids did come off of the WL in April. I have a second year student there and am happy to answer any questions. FYI: Decision was in the portal a few days before the actual email to check portal came out. Good luck!

Congratulations to all getting yeses. Thank you for sharing the information!

Anyone have any additional updates on UNCSA? We heard they were notifying today but haven’t heard of anyone finding out something one way or the other.

@closemama my D has a friend (a female) who received a phone call with an acceptance today.

@2231Starcross3 My son received an email directing him to check his portal for an update.

Anyone heard from LAMDA for U.S. callbacks? It looks like this week was the timing the last couple of years. Thanks.

@FingersXd20 Was he notified of an acceptance?

Does anyone know if UNCSA is sending out calls in a specific order? Like by audition week or alphabetical? The waiting is killing me.
