@PM81 to answer your question, our daughter applied first week of September, HS did not submit transcript until first week of October and acceptance email came Oct 17 (roughly 2 weeks after getting everything). High stats, AP scholar, NHS, etc and attends a reputable Christian HS in CO that is an attraction to schools like Baylor. Strong & diverse ECs with mission work in places from Thailand to Santa Barbara to South Africa, works at Mathnasium (tutor), summer internship with the FBI.
She has since received her acceptance letter and certificate in the mail!
Thank you for sharing @ProudD, wow that is very impressive!
We have not received any decision yet, everything shows completed since Monday 10/21, it is probably too soon to hear back. I just want to get an idea about timing, but The Lordās timing is always perfect!
Congratulations!
Congratulations to all! For those that got a good chunk of scholarships, what do you think about 3.8/4.3/1420 with good extracurricular activities and lors? The school website calculator shows about 18k/year but I wonder if there may be more. Thanks
I saw these from A&M sub and thought itās really helpful for those that are waiting. If those accepted donāt mind, could you provide some additional information?

Hi everyone, first things: congrats to all who have already been accepted to Baylor thus far!! I have a question regarding my undergraduate application. I submitted it on 10/24/2019. All things were received at that point as well. I am out of state and applied early action. I was wondering if this is a good or bad sign if I havenāt received a decision just yet. Do they do waves of decisions on certain days? If anyone knows please let me know. Thanks!
Stats include:
Class rank: 52/192
GPA: 3.61
ACT: 28
2 letters of recommendation
Included supplemental essay
I am part of NHS, Speech and Debate, Student council, done 2 international Church missions. I went to Nationals in Speech and Debate. I started my own Bible study which now has 22 regular attenders. Do my stats give me a good shot?
Thanks!
Senior2024, I think you have a good shot. Not a bad sign that you havenāt heard yet. My son applied Oct 30 with similar stats (slightly higher GPA, slightly lower ACT) and hasnāt heard back yet. Iāve read elsewhere that acceptances go out in waves and it may take a little longer now that the EA/ED due date has passed (I.e., they have lots of applications to review). Keep working hard at school and stay positive.
As someone with a 28 act and WGPA of 4.2 do I have a good chance of getting in. My GPA only consists of my junior year grades since before that I studied in India and my grades form there didnāt transfer. My ECs are quite strong and my intended major isnāt very competitive. I have submitted all the optional forms as of today. Also when do you think RD letters will come out?

@nrs11600 , we have not heard anything about I2E. Anxiously awaiting for my daughter. Iām assuming you have also not heard anything. Please let us know if you hear anything. Thank you and good luck!
@nrs11600 We just got the good news. D20 was invited to participated in I2E! The note is at the bottom of the āeventsā tab under the āInvitation to Excellenceā link at the bottom of the page. Good luck to everyone!
My son just received his invite for I2E in January. He also applied for the baylor2Medical but did not get. Instead, he was invited to apply for Pre-med distinguished scholars day on February 24 which was not listed on the web site. Can someone tell me how many I2E full scholarships are offered? From the description it seems they get a one time $2K scholarship just for attending, is that correct?
