I’m currently a senior in high school with a packed schedule. I’m considering pursuing two different areas in college- graphic design and marketing. I’ve never taken a business class in high school and I currently have no room in my schedule to add one. I was thinking about joining DECA so I can have some experience in marketing, but I’m not sure if this is a good idea. Many of my extracurriculars and some elective classes are in the areas of art,design,psychology,etc, but it’s not evident that I’m interested in marketing (mostly because I didn’t consider it until recently). Will not having any business classes or activities hurt my admissions chances?
