For those wondering, Calhoun decisions come out “by February 15 (11:59 p.m. EST)” Based on the wording, I’d assume notifications will come through the Application Status portal on Applyweb.
Hi all ! My DS got a letter in the mail yesterday about summer course as a pre requirement for him to join the pre business undergraduate program. I have no idea about it. Could someone explain it? I really appreciate it. Thanks. He applied RD.

@vumsee, my daughter received the same. Move-in is June 20. Five-week session. 2 classes. Move out August 4. Last summer classes were M-F at 8, 9:30 or 11. There were mandatory study times and help sessions. So far, I’ve heard nothing but positive feedback about the program and the student’s experience.
I see all these posts by people and along side it says “30 replies” or “10 replies”. How do I get to see the replies? Sorry…new member!
@charlestonkaren, click on the name of the poster and it will take you to their profile page. On the dashboard click the 34 replies, etc. and you can see everything that person has replied to.

@130happymom Thank you! I plan on majoring in mechanical engineering, and I did apply to CHC.
I’m currently completing step one of the housing and dining contract and I accidentally pressed “save and continue” on the second to last step (it’s the actual roommate selection, thought I could go back), now I’m stuck on “finish step 1” . Does anybody know if you can go back and add roommates later on or will I have to contact Clemson?

@drewh02 . That’s awesome. My son is majoring in civil engineering with a minor in packaging. He too has applied for the honors college. Hopefully y’all will both get in.
I just saw on Clemson‘s website that the orientation Registration starts April 1. There are several dates throughout summer.
However here is the info specifically for the honors college @drewh02
…as Freshman students accepted into the Calhoun Honors College are requested to attend one of the following sessions - June 9-10, June 11-12, June 16-17, June 18-19, June 24-25 and June 30-July 1.
@130happymom Congratulations to your son! I hope we do both end up getting into the Honors College; I am still looking for a roommate! Are those sessions two-day events?
@drewh02 you are going to have so many roommate choices after this is said and done! My son was accepted to engineering at clemson, but still waiting on virginia tech to make final decision. I think he will go with clemson since it’s in state. He did not apply to honors college, even though I tried to make him. He says he is looking for the all around experience! If yall end up at the same place keep us in mind for roommates! I need a kid like you rooming with my boy! Best of luck wherever you end up!
@2020HouseDivided I will certainly keep him in mind! I am waiting on Virginia Tech as well, which is cheaper, as it is in-state for me. I will keep in touch regarding my decision! Good luck to your son on Tech!
