Any ideas (or guesses) about when Early Action decisions should be expected?
Mid-December
If they keep with how they did it the last couple years, I’m hoping for Thursday, Dec 12. Typically, they post on Instagram 2 days before they are going to release.

my thoughts…2 yrs ago, it was December 1st (a Thursday) at 6pm - we were anxiously awaiting for my son who is in his Sophomore yr at Clemson now. Then last year was December 14th (a Thursday) so I am hoping this year will be December 12th (3 weeks from today). Anxiously now awaiting on my daughter…eek!!!

Anyone here from last year? I wonder if “button gate” will still be a thing?
What was button gate? I guess I could read the thread from last year…or you could share! 
Last year, if the students “edit term” button went missing early on their portal then they were accepted during EA. If your button remained there until the day before EA was released, then you were deferred. When we posted our EA decisions, we added our button situation and it was 100% accurate. I think the buttons started disappearing around December 1st.

As someone who stalked this board last year in anticipation of this year, I’m wondering the same thing and ready for the portal astrology. haha I’ll be watching and reporting my son’s “buttons”

I’ll watch and report my daughter’s as well. Definitely some relief just received in our house though…a tough nursing direct admit just came in 3 weeks earlier than expected, so at least she isn’t waiting until mid-December or later now for all of them. I realize that the OOS admission at Clemson is tough enough these days, but throwing nursing into the mix as well seems extra difficult.

Did everyone get an email about Fafsa? In the email preview it says “welcome to the college of education” which is our daughters intended major. Is this a clue or something that happened to everyone?
I came on here as soon as I got the FAFSA email. Yes, we just got the email for my twin seniors. I have a son that is a junior at Clemson and don’t remember ever getting this email before he was admitted.
I also got the FASFA email for my daughter. In my email header it states
Get a head start on financial aid Welcome to the Colleg…
But it got cut off and when I open the email I can’t find anything else about what College it’s for or anything else about it?
Do you think this was sent to everyone or a good sign for what’s to come?

On my phone, I can’t view the preview line. So I went to my laptop where it is visible. My daughter’s preview also says “Welcome to the College of Education.” She did not put COE as first or second major choice. So I think that was just a missed setting update in their CRM email settings.
My son got the same email, but he did not apply to the College of Education. I just assume they are letting sharing that Fafsa is open for everyone who applied. I wish it was more!
