Did anyone else’s admissions checklist disappear???
Yes, my son’s. He contacted Colby because he was worried, and the office responded, saying everyone’s list was removed while the office was closed for break, but everything should be back up once the office re-opens. I wish they would have posted a message about that prior!

Did everyone receive the email about interest for consideration in Colby’s scholar programs? All of these were offered:
Presidential Scholars
Ralph J. Bunche Scholars
Pulver Science Scholars
Colby Achievement Program in the Sciences (CAPS)

My DS did too. It looked like a standard email to all college applicants.

Hmm unlike previous years
I doubt they can interview all candidates. In the past the presidential scholars designation was offered to the top of the applicant pool. My son was offered it and went to a reception with other kids (at accepted students days) who were deciding between multiple schools. It seemed like a way to convince them to go with Colby. My son is on a gap year and attending next year with the presidential designation. I think he gets some money for research but I can’t remember all of the details. He was interviewed.
