@cookiedough39. Yes . Colby does put emphasis on students that express keen interest. A visit and meeting with admissions means a lot
 Good Luck. Our S is a freshman and very happy at Colby for many reasons

So at 5 I assume? Why does everyone think it is coming today?

I emailed the admissions office a couple days ago, and the lady responded that decisions would be out today by 5 PM

I just contacted the Colby admission office again, and they told me that the decision has been delayed due to the campus closing because of the virus. So unfortunately they won’t be out today after all :frowning:

Yeah same here. I live in Eastern Massachusetts so I feel like alot of Alum would live in the area.

My sense is that the campus closing is going to take precedence. They only announced the decision yesterday and students need to leave this weekend. Not a small undertaking.

I’m sorry too that admitted students will not be able to come to the overnight on campus. That is usually really fun and informative and gives admitted students a good sense of whether it’s the right place for them.

Historically speaking, should have been today. In 2019, March 15 (Friday), and 2018 March 16 (Friday). So Maybe another day or two. I wouldn’t give too much emphasis to the link and logging on. Seems random
