Just thought I would share this old clip from Modern Family where Phil and Gloria are caught on the Kiss Cam. What people do in the privacy of their sports arena should be their own business.

That was a funny episode - especially because Phil really wanted Gloria (sort of) - he “philled” her (felt) and told Luke, “anyone can do it, with Gloria”.
Yes, it doesn’t sound good on paper - but when you watch the episodes - very very funny.

This. It’s more likely that even in the very unlikely event these two were in an “open marriage”, they wouldn’t likely do it “in the open”!! And certainly not with their HR Officer!!

As an aside.. wonder if his wife is related to Nancy Kerrigan? Sadly, if so, it seems to make the Kerrigan cry “why…???” (after the pipe-to-the-kneecap incident) seem to ring true again today. The hometowns seem to be quite close.
I seem to be the odd one out. While I found the initial story interesting, in the way salacious stories often are…I don’t think it merits the wall to wall news coverage it is getting. Seriously, the NY Post had devoted more headlines to it than to other newsworthy events of the past 48 hours. While I don’t feel sorry for the couple, I’m sure every headline, meme and joke is piling on the pain for their families.

It’s odd. There was an employee there of the HR person (supposedly) and this was an embrace. No one found in bed etc. and these two were joined by at least a third person there - at least I’ve read. Friends hug and dance.
It’s a private matter but wrecking the world for a few laughs is ok in today’s world. News isn’t news anymore.
So I have sympathy here all around but it is plastered everywhere including Facebook.
I had never heard of the company. For them, it’s probably an ok thing honestly.
As for the ex CEO I’m sure he’ll land fine. This happened with Mark Hurd at HP. He ended up in arguably a better job at Oracle.
@DeeCee36 -I am thinking it’s getting a lot of press in part b/c it allies with other news about other powerful men doing differing bad boy things. He has already stepped down. Innocent?? Ha. Reminds me of the piano players in a house of ill repute claiming the don’t know what is going on upstairs!

Hayes from Hayes Modems got raked over the coals (good) and lost almost everything for his infidelity.
Yeah mark hurd is one example. Maybe he was lucky.
That said. We don’t technically know if there was infidelity. It was an embrace. There was a co worker there. Maybe it was, maybe it was working toward it. Maybe it wasn’t.
Not our business but sadly the internet has made it our business.
When Tiger Woods got caught and apologized to all - why ? You didn’t hurt me. You hurt your wife.
They are public figures and assume they feel they owe an apology for ruining their fans view of their character. I am not an entertainment nor sports star nor business icon follower so I really don’t care but a little schadenfreude does creep in now and then.

And while we are on the Hayes modem tangent, He failed to adapt to new technologies and ultimately the company failed in 1999. IIRC, the story was that Hayes’ home in metro Atlanta was bought by Kenny Rogers (though its unclear if this particular piece of Rogers’ real estate was Hayes’ mansion). But that mansion, owned by Kenny Rogers was then bought and used for parties by an unscrupulous dermatology/dermatopathology couple who engaged in massive patient billing and insurance fraud. They were turned in by several dermatology whistleblowers. I believe the crooks settled for millions and fled the country. Not sure if the house was later sold or abandoned

I’m probably in the minority in the world but I don’t enjoy the kiss cam. I don’t enjoy the show random people on the big screen and watch them show off. If I wanted to watch random people act ridiculous, I’d just stay outside the arena or stadium.
