College admission

If I take dual enrollment classes in high school in Texas, will I still be able to get into out of state colleges?

Absolutely! OOS colleges will look favorably upon good grades in dual enrollment courses. However, they may not count/apply those credits towards your college degree.

AP tests /IB tests scores are more likely to get you credit in out of state colleges (if you do well enough).
But if DE lcasses are what you have, then go for those. Then you can decide if in-state credit/prices is what you need to do for college…those other states will be there after college.
