<p>I let out a huge “ugh” when I saw a big “1” on my phone’s calendar. Where has the time gone? I only have six more of my MWF classes and four more of my TR classes. I’m excited to start wrapping up this semester, however. It’s nice not to have the same classes for the entire year like in high school. </p>
<p>I have a couple of things due this week and next week as well, but they’re not too terribly overwhelming. Everything surely does fall at the same time!</p>
<p>Well, I got a 100% on my last chem exam. I got 100’s on the rest, so my average in that class is 100, obviously. I just have to get through the final exam, and I’ll be golden! My professor told us that 80% of the final will consist of old exam material, and 20% will consist of the material we are learning now. So, I should be guaranteed an 80% at least since I got 100% on all three exams. I’m not thinking that the other material will be hard, either. </p>
<p>One thing I hate about my school is the plus/minus grading scale. Why???</p>
<p>I have two final exams next week, and then it’s winter break. Time does feel like it’s flying by! It actually snowed a couple days ago 
I was pretty giddy when I woke up and saw the nearby trees and rooftops covered in white. </p>
<p>And I think it’s totally fine to request college gear for the holidays–show that school spirit! </p>
<p>I don’t even have conventional final exams anymore - two of my finals are take home, one is an essay, and one is a research paper. I’m kind of bummed because I prefer standard in class tests (I like studying that way) rather than answering super open ended questions or synthesizing different material into an answer. I’d rather just multiple choice+short answer+essay question. Meh. </p>
<p>I have one take home final… Then the rest I’m not sure about… I mean I know Chem and CS are traditional in-person/class tests, but my history class I’m not sure.</p>
<p>So. Many. Essays. I barely wrote anything until this week, but now I need to write a ton of papers by next week. Where’d the time go?</p>
<p>Thinking about doing Army ROTC. Hoya Battalion is #1 in the country.</p>
<p>For whatever reasons, pulling unnecessary all-nighters during dead week is so much more pleasant than the necessary ones. </p>
<p>… so tired… I’ve slept for 12 hours total since Sunday… only because I passed out for 6 hours yesterday.</p>
<p>Next week is my last week of classes. I’m so ready!</p>

<p>Next week is my last week of classes too. I have finals the week after; but I only have two finals that I need to show up for - the others are take home and are uploaded online. I have a LOT of work this weekend. I had a ton of work this week, so I’m kind of using Friday to unwind, catch up on sleep, listen to music, etc - then tomorrow I’ll start on two research papers I have. :|</p>
<p>Just three finals and a research paper left…it’s the home stretch. Only I’m in New Haven for a mock trial tournament and won’t get back until an hour before one of my finals. Welp.</p>
<p>@superstarlala Do you go to Brandeis? I remember you saying something about mock trial, and I met a bunch of kids from Brandeis at my last tournament (Temple) and saw them again today (at Yale). If so, your Hayden is an extremely chill guy.</p>

<p>I have two finals next week and then by Wednesday I’ll be done. Looking forwards to a relaxing winter break </p>
<p>UGH I just realized I have an essay due on Tuesday… which I will probably not start until Tuesday. How to BS 6-8 pages… I really can’t wait until I no longer have to take humanities classes… which unfortunately isn’t until the end of next school year :/</p>
<p>But on the up side, I got a 92/100 on an essay that I thought I would fail.</p>
<p>I’ll be done on Thursday of next week. </p>
<p>I said in post #351 on Friday that I would use the weekend to make progress on some major assignments I have due in the next two weeks. It is currently Sunday night, 9:41pm, and I accomplished absolutely nothing over the weekend.</p>

<p>I hope I can get off the struggle bus sometime soon. It’s not the best mode of transportation.</p>
<p>@preamble1776 - LOL, I always tell myself that I’ll work on papers and stuff over the weekend, and it never happens. </p>
<p>I have four more days of classes this week and two days of finals next week. I’ll be done next Wednesday. I’m excited!</p>
<p>I really only have three assignments that need to get done - and they’re not TOO bad. One is a 5 page paper. One is a 6 page paper. And one is a take home test. That’s about it. I mean, when I think about them for more than 10 minutes, I get a little anxious, but I think I’ll manage. </p>
